We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your satisfaction, and we want to ensure a hassle free experience for returns. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully.

Returns

Returns are acceptable within 7 days from the date of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at admin@vessenceluxe.com.

The product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.

Please include the original receipt or proof of purchase along with the returned item.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time.

If you wish to try a different fragrance, we recommend placing a new order for the desired product.

Conditions for Returns

Returns are only accepted in case you have received a damaged or wrong product.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Provide a clear uninterrupted unboxing video along with your order number for our records.

We will assess the issue and provide instructions on how to proceed with a return or replacement.
